INDIVIDUAL COACHING SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Review athlete history, past training and goals
  • Establish key milestones for meeting goals
  • Identify personal weaknesses and strengths
  • Identify and prioritize race season
  • Develop periodization program to include:
    • Detailed description and purpose of workouts
    • Heart Rate training zones and duration for each workout
    • Periodic testing to ascertain fitness gains and weak areas
    • Training and race nutrition
    • Training and race recovery
    • Schedule adjustment as needed for unforeseen events
    • Unlimited phone and e-mail contact/feedback
  • Identify HR training zones for cycling and running
  • Identify pace training zones for swimming
  • Monthly plan that covers monthly, weekly and daily workouts
  • Review training in previous period
  • Provide adjustments to monthly, weekly and daily plan as needed
  • Review of bike fit and make adjustments where necessary; gait analysis with corresponding running shoe recommendations and equipment recommendations. I will also teach you some basic bike maintenance to keep you on the road.

COACHING FEES:

MULTI-SPORT:

  • Monthly Basis (4 weeks) - $250
  • Three Months (12 weeks) - $700
  • Six Months - $1,300 (26 weeks) - Payable in two installments
  • Twelve Months (52 weeks) - $2,400 - Payable in four installments

SINGLE SPORT (RUNNING OR CYCLING):

  • Monthly Basis - $125
  • Three Months (12 weeks) - $350
  • Six Months (26 weeks) - $675 Payable in two installments
  • Twelve Months (52 weeks) - $1,300 Payable in four installments
